Uruk comes from the meeting in 2016 of two totally unclassifiable musicians: Thighpaulsandra, of Coil, and Massimo Pupillo, of Zu. Dark Ambient, immersive and meaningful, in a meeting of imposing electronic and organic sounds inspired by Carl Jung.
Oscillating between Drone and Ambient, in a mysterious and hazy atmosphere which often echoes the work of Coil, Uruk evoke images of interstellar travel or mental explorations which immerse the listener in a dense and complex sound universe.
